Yes, I can definitely take Tylenol and I find it works really well for me for, like, tension headaches. Unfortunately it's not a good med for me for joint/arthritis pain, alas. I'm positive that I'm going to be okay. It's just a matter of working through this and finding the right path and the right care providers. I'm an eternal optimist :D
